All services can be offered by telehealth (no need to come into the women's clinic).

Initial Consultation

1 Full hour, deep dive into your symptoms, concerns, and goals.
Initial 6-week nutrition plan with recipes, shopping lists, and snacks ideas.
Supplement/hormone recommendations to help you feel better and get back to being YOU.

All men's services are cash only.

Why? Miriam is licensed as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner which allows her to be a 'medical provider' for women and bill insurance on their behalf. Unfortunately, for men, we work off of Functional/Integrative certificates obtained, which do not allow for insurance billing.

Labs, hormones, and/or supplements are not included in these prices.

Typically labs can be ordered and drawn at a location that will utilize your insurance. Hormone replacement ordered through a compounding pharmacy will also not typically be covered by insurance.
