Understanding Your Healthcare Coverage

At our practice, we want you to make the most of your insurance benefits while still accessing comprehensive care. Unlike many functional medicine practices that operate on a cash-only basis, we strive to work with your insurance whenever possible.

However, it's important to understand that certain wellness-focused treatments and products typically fall outside standard insurance coverage. These usually include:

1. Natural Supplements and Herbal Products

2. Custom-Compounded Medications

3. Specialized Laboratory Testing (beyond traditional lab work)

4. Certain custom wellness programs

While coverage varies by insurance provider, we're committed to helping you navigate these options and find the most cost-effective way to support your health journey. We believe in making integrative healthcare more accessible by accepting insurance for eligible services, setting us apart from typical functional medicine practices.

Our Commitment to Transparency

When developing your personalized care plan, we will always have a detailed discussion about which services and treatments are typically covered by insurance and which are not. This ensures you can make informed decisions about your healthcare, as you would be responsible for any costs not covered by your insurance if you choose to proceed with the recommended plan.
